I have done countless mentoring sessions, sat on my own mentor’s couches, and in 2014, I spilled my heart saying that the photography business wasn’t right for me. But in that season, I learned that I was in a growth spurt of authenticity. It wasn’t that the BUSINESS wasn’t right for me, but that I wasn’t showing up completely and authentically myself. Mentoring, and looking toward people who always carry light, literally was my way through.
